REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Here at Lucy & Me, we ensure that all of our products are made with the highest quality materials. However, if our products do not meet this high standard of excellence or if you are unsatisfied, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the terms outlined below.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is your right to return the product(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or credit note. The product(s) must be returned undamaged in their original condition and original packaging.
If you want to return a product, please follow these steps:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products. Lucy & Me will only cover the shipping cost of faulty products.
Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Any item returned without an order number will not be refunded. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Lucy & Me.

Any refund will be credited to the original purchaser's card and will exclude shipping costs, unless the product(s) is faulty. The refund may take 10 working days but this time varies depending on your bank.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time frame.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not in their original packaging will not be refunded.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any item(s) which arrive broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
The direct cost of returning your item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
If returning a faulty product please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photo of the damage/fault.
When posting your item back you must obtain proof of postage of your return. Items only become our responsibility once they are returned and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
